2017 #NECFB Social Media Day Student-Athlete Roster

The following 14 student-athletes will join the #NECFB Social Media Day festivities at MetLife Stadium on July 20.

These select athletes will be available for questioning from the traditional media members in attendance and all 14 men will also appear during the live on-air program carried by NEC Front Row and ESPN3.

 

BRYANT

Matt Sewall, WR/KR (Sr., 5-10, 183)

–          28.9 KOR average ranked third in FCS

–          Eighth-most receiving yards amongst 2016 NEC leaders

–          Scored 56 points, third-most amongst non-kickers

 

Patrick Champagnie, DB (Sr., 6-1, 202)

–          20 career appearances (strong safety & special teams)

–          Made season-high six tackles at Montana State

–          First career INT at Coastal Carolina

 

CENTRAL CONNECTICUT

Joey Fields, WR (Sr., 5-8, 170)

–          18 straight games w/ at least 1 catch

–          Sixth amongst 2016 NEC receiving leaders

–          Led CCSU in receptions (46), rec yards (732), rec TD (6)

 

Jacob Dolegala, QB (Jr., 6-6, 225)

–          NEC passing yards (2,934) leader in 2016

–          Only 9 INT in a league-high 432 pass attempts

–          21 career appearances
