NEC News of the Day: Women’s Basketball Game of Week Webcast Slate Unveiled Plus Top Tweets & Video Clips

The Northeast Conference expects to release the schedule for the NEC Women’s Basketball Game of the Week on Monday, but Overtime! has obtained a copy in the meantime.

The seven-week long package that will air on NortheastConference.TV will feature all 12 NEC members and is set to tip off at Bryant on Jan. 7.  Mary Burke’s Bulldogs and the defending NEC champion Saint Francis (PA) Red Flash will square off in Smithfield before an audience on the worldwide web.

As previously mentioned on Overtime! earlier this week, the regular season Game of the Week schedule will conclude with a heavyweight bout between Robert Morris and Sacred Heart on Feb. 27.
