NEC News of the Day: Saint Francis (PA) Joins Other League Members in Providing Fans with Virtual Athletics Guide Plus Top Tweets

Saint Francis (PA) has been the latest to make it public, but not the only one.

A number of Northeast Conference members have produced comprehensive online guides that provide an inside look at their entire athletics departments.

Yesterday’s press release promoting the “Red Flash Experience” explained the project in the following words…

“The Red Flash Experience (www.theRedFlashExperience.com) is a companion site to SFUathletics.com, and offers a unique inside-look into all that Saint Francis University has to offer. Visitors to the site can enjoy a wealth of information on each team, as well as video insight from coaches on their team’s progress and the facilities they use.”

Robert Morris recently made a similar project available to the public.  Teaming with Pursuant Sports, RMU produced an All-Sports Virtual Guide.  The guide features interviews with each of the head coaches of RMU’s 23 Division I intercollegiate athletic programs, select administrators and RMU President Dr. Greg Dell’Omo.

Long Island and Monmouth have also released virtual guides for the 2011-12 academic year.
